Gov. Mike Huckabee & Huck PAC Endorse VA Senate Challenger Bryce Reeves

SPOTSYLVANIA, VA— Today Bryce Reeves, candidate for Virginia's 17th Senatorial District, has received national attention thanks to an endorsement from former Arkansas Governor and presidential candidate Mike Huckabee.
 
"Huck PAC and I are pleased to endorse Bryce Reeves for Virginia State Senate from District 17. Bryce Reeves proudly served our nation as a United States Army Ranger, and served the people of Virginia as a Police Detective. Bryce is also a small business owner and understands what it takes to create jobs in Virginia. Not only that, but in 2007 Bryce was elected as the Chairman of the Spotsylvania County Republican Committee."
 
Former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee is not only the host of the number one rated, Fox News Channel show 'Huckabee' and the nationally syndicated radio show the 'Huckabee Report', but is also the author of nine books, four of which have appeared on the New York Times Bestseller list.  In 2008 he ran for President of the United States, finishing second too Senator John McCain in the Republican Primaries.  As Governor of Arkansas he helped bring the state's $200 million dollar deficit to a surplus of $850 million dollars.  He has been named by Americans for Tax Reform as a "Friend of a Taxpayer" for his cuts in the state's spending.  His tenure in office oversaw Arkansas's largest period of job creation, and the per capita income increased by 50 percent.  He was named as one of five best governors in America by Time Magazine in 2007, and was among Go verning Magazine's 'Public Officials of the Year' that same year.  He has served as Chairman of the National Governors Association, and prior to serving as the state's governor he was elected as Arkansas's Lieutenant Governor in 1993.
