Big Weekend Ahead!

OK, here's the rundown:

1. Saturday walkin'

Paul Trampe for Salem Supervisor: meeting at Battlefield Elementary, 11108 Levells road at 9:30 on Saturday morning. Let's bring it home for Paul!

Tim McLaughlin for Chancellor Supervisor: meeting at Starbucks on Rt. 3, Harrison Road Crossing Center, at 9:30 on Saturday morning. Knowing that Hap may try to steal the votes, take them to his backyard and burn them, let's help push Tim-an honorable retired Marine- over the top!

2. Fun events

Meet and Greet for Tim McLaughlin: 6:30 Saturday evening, at. the home of Gregg and Laurie Newhouse. RSVP to tim@tim4spotsy.com for the address. Individuals $50, couples $90 (the cost of one burnt 4x8 sign!).

Reception for Ann Heidig: 3:00 pm Sunday evening, at the home of Robert and Karen Stuber. Special guest Del. Bobby Orrock! RSVP to KarenStuber@aol.com for the address. Free event.

3. Absentee and Early voting going on now!

Make sure to visit www.GOPabsentee.com to request an absentee ballot for anyone who commutes or is in the military.

This online tool can be used by anyone who is a registered voter in Virginia to request that an Absentee Ballot be mailed to them. Folks simply need to fill out the online form and then check their e-mail inbox. Their completed Absentee Ballot Application will be emailed to them and all they will need to do is print it, sign it, date it, and mail it to the address included in the email. Please encourage your Committee members and fellow Republicans to share this online tool with anyone who they feel might not be able to make it to the polls in this fall's crucial elections.

If you wish to vote early, you may stop by the Registrar's Office in the double-wide trailer behind the Holbert Building (no joke) to cast an early vote. I was actually there right after the first two votes were cast today (from the Livingston District).

Let's walk to victory!!!
