F'berg Area Young Republicans events coming up!

Fellow Young Republicans (YRs),

Six days from now will be the Fredericksburg Area YR monthly meeting for September. As everyone knows, Kristin Forrester will be one of the guest speakers at the meeting. Now it has been confirmed that Art Jackson who ran Ronald Reagan's campaign for President in North Carolina as well as being a big part of Ronald Reagan's inauguration, will be coming to speak to the club. Two great speakers = priceless. Not to mention, Gloria Chittum will be coming to. Gloria will briefly be talking about poll watching. Those are the updates for the September 25th meeting.

There will be another monthly meeting on Sunday, October 9th at 3pm. Same location, which will be 150 Riverside Parkway in Suite #201. Speaker Bill Howell is going to be the guest speaker on that day, so please come on out. There will be free food and raffle drawings for both events. It does not get any bigger than this, especially with the elections upon us.

Young Republican Bob Thomas as everyone knows is running for Supervisor for the George Washington district in Stafford County. Well, Rob Wittman is going to show up at Bob Thomas' residence to door knock on Saturday, October 8th, so if anyone is looking for someone to door knock for, even if it is just for one hour on October 8th, everyone is encouraged to show up at Bob's house.

Thursday, September 22nd, there will be a Spotsylvania GOP meeting at 730pm. The location will be at Bryce Reeves Headquarters (Southpointe). If anyone has a chance, please feel free to come out. Spotsylvania has many elections facing them as well. Tim McLaughlin is running a hard, but great race against Hap Connors for Supervisor in the Chancellor district.

On a side note and this is real important to share. A real big thanks goes out to the Social Chair Regina Willcox for her hard work at the Annual BBQ this past Sunday. A big thanks also goes out to Phil Chichester for the setting up for the Annual BBQ.

Here is information about the 28th Annual Donald W. Huffman RPV Advance for those who would be interested in attending.

There will be upcoming e-mails to about the next presidential primary debate watching party as well as a few socials coming up, so there will be many opportunities to get involved. Not to mention, most of all go door to door for our awesome candidates. If anyone has any other questions, concerns, or comments, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you.

Best Regards,

Adam Washington (Fredericksburg Area Young Republicans Club Chairman)

Therese Vogel (Fredericksburg Area Young Republicans Club Vice-Chairman)
